If someone had told me, years ago, that I would find so much in this remote corner of the Lazio coast, I wouldn't have given them more than a moment of my attention: the time of a blink of incredulous eyelids and then I would have ignored them.
And yet, not only have I lived and continue to live all this, but I've also wanted to begin renovating it to offer a place to care for and warm, to welcome those who, like me, want to benefit from it, for a few days' vacation or even a quick stop after a long journey.
Così nasce questo piccolo regno, che è per voi rifugio, ritrovo e oasi.”

The Structure
Tenuta Reginella is a modern country residence that nevertheless feels like a small estate.
An ideal solution for those seeking quiet and private accommodation, well-connected, close to the sea and surrounded by pure natural air, to enjoy a wonderful rest and have fun in their free time.
The structure is composed of three apartments with private balconies and an exclusive courtyard equipped with:
• Parking area
• Furnished and equipped garden for a good barbecue
• Covered patio
• Large olive grove on seminative ground, suitable for a camping night experience or a simple walk
• Chickens, cats, sparrows and a Dylannosaurus (my son)
In short, a space designed to welcome you, your needs and your desires, where every idea is taken into consideration and harmony is ensured by Reginella.
The Location
We are located in an idyllic setting between the countryside, the coast, and the urban area of Fondi, a municipality in the province of Latina, halfway between Roma and Napoli.
We boast a convenient location near the Riviera di Ulisse, about 700 meters from the nearest beach access, and a few kilometers from the equally renowned towns of Sperlonga and Terracina.
It's an excellent destination for a stay or a stopover for those exploring rural Lazio, with its charming seaside and mountain villages, excellent food and wine, and historic and adventurous itineraries.
Nestled in the beautiful plain that extends between the Aurunci and Ausoni Mountains, with views that open towards the Tyrrhenian Sea, passing between Fondi Lake, Lungo Lake and San Puoto Lake, Fondi is an ancient town, rich in a harmonious blend of Roman, Christian and Jewish history and architecture.
It is said that here the demigod Hercules defeated Cacus, a cattle thief, and that in honor of this victory the Ausoni built a temple and a village, which later became modern-day Fondi.
